By accessing or using the Meta BaZi service ("Service") provided by Longevita, Croatia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Meta BaZi is an AI-powered application that provides BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) chart analysis and insights. The Service includes:

  • BaZi chart generation based on birth date and time
  • AI-powered chat for personalized analysis
  • Deep Dive analysis on various life aspects
  • Profile management for self, family, and celebrities

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Plans and Pricing

We offer Free, Premium, and Pro subscription plans. Features and pricing are detailed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits, except as required by law.

5. Credits and Usage

The Service uses a credit-based system for AI interactions:

  • Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over
  • Purchased credit packs never expire
  • Monthly credits are used before purchased credits
  • Different features may consume different amounts of credits

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Create fake or misleading profiles
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (scraping, bots)

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Longevita and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your BaZi chart data and analysis results are yours. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Important: BaZi analysis and AI-generated insights are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should NOT be considered as:

  • Medical, psychological, or health advice
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Legal advice
  • Professional counseling
  • Guaranteed predictions of future events

Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longevita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is harmful to other users or the Service
  • Is fraudulent or illegal

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia.
